收到第三方监控的邮件说,Server is not available.
上网点击,果然连接不了。想起了前一个月,bluehost已经被GFW封了,还要找代理服务器上去。
好不容易打开了Bluehost.com的首页,赶紧联系了Live Chat的客服。

10分钟以后,上去看了,果然好了。虽然对这样的机房调整没有事先和站长我联系感到很生气,但是想想我这里是下午1-2点,美国那里是凌晨,毕竟要照顾到大部分的美国站长和美国用户,谁让你厚着脸皮一定要将站点建在美国呢?不过客服还是很坦承和专业的,会告之你具体原因,比较起中国某些公司的客服,主要以搪塞为主,基本上专业知识的背景都不是很够。
